Carly Hviding Landolfi joined the law firm as an associate in 2023 after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Brynja M. Booth on the Supreme Court of Maryland.

Carly graduated summa cum laude from Quinnipiac University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Philosophy.  In 2022, Carly obtained her J.D. from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.  During law school, she was the Symposium Editor of the George Mason Law Review, the Vice President of the Society for Environmental and Energy Law, an Alexander Hamilton Student Fellow at the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State, and a law clerk for Senator Chuck Grassley on the United States Senate Judiciary Committee.  Carly has also published three law review articles discussing issues in administrative law.

Prior to law school, Carly worked as a Special Assistant in the Office of Governor Larry Hogan.  In 2018, she served on the Maryland High School Graduation Task Force, and in 2022 she chaired the Advocacy and External Relations Committee for the Maryland Public Service Scholars Alumni Board.

Carly is a member of the Maryland Bar.  She is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the James C. Cawood American Inn of Court.

Carly lives in Arnold, Maryland with her husband, Andy.   In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
